Krishna's gratitude towards Draupadi Draupadi was the wife of the five Pandavas, the ruler of Indraprastha Kingdom. The relation between Krishna and Draupadi was of brother and sister. There wasn’t any blood relation between them. Once Draupadi bandaged Lord Krishna’s wrist by a strip torn from her sari to stop the flow of blood.
